I assume you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2020. Go back to the screen where the W-2 is entered and make sure the state withholding is correctly entered in box 17, and that the information in boxes 15 and 16 is correct.
If you need more help, please state what TurboTax edition you are using (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, or Home & Business), and whether you are using it in Windows or on a Mac.
We here in the community cannot see your tax return. You might have to call TurboTax support. With your permission, they can screen-share with you to see what's going on.
