There has not been any news or announcement of a delay of the September 15 payments. Do you get your payment by direct deposit or by a check in the mail? The IRS says that direct deposits should show up in bank accounts "starting" September 15. Some banks take a few days to post a direct deposit. If you get a check in the mail, the IRS says it could take until the end of September for the check to be delivered to you.
