I filed my daughter this year for 2020, however, my eligibility status states that it is still pending and I do not qualify for the ATC. Does this mean I will not be getting the monthly payments? Also, he father filed her on his 2019 taxes without my permission and has received all of the previous stimulus for her. Is there a possibility that he will receive the ATC if he did not file her for 2020 but she is showing up as being filed for 2019? My 2019 taxes are still being processed as I had to mail them in to claim my daughter for 2019.
