If you included your baby on your 2020 tax return as a dependent , and answered the questions on the stimulus payments correctly, then you should have received a recovery rebate credit if you were eligible. This credit was meant for people who were eligible to receive stimulus money during 2020, but did not receive the amounts for various reasons.
You can check on line 30 of your form 1040 to see if you received this credit. If you did not receive it you may want to call Turbo Tax support to check if you need to amend your tax return.
