I have 4 dependents however 2 get claimed by my ex every other year. And do not live with him for any amount of time. And actually hardly sees them but it’s in the divorce so who will get the child tax credit for them? He claimed them on his taxes for 2020. Also I have never received my CTC but did file an amended return in April for a school credit, could that be why I didn’t get it yet until that goes through?
