I have a seven-year-old son and an eight year old daughter I always claim my seven-year-old son however I have not got the automatic child tax funds and their mother all of the sudden got an enormous check and she does not work so how would I find out why my child tax credit is pending and if she did anything fraudulently because legally we both should be only filing for one child each. I have desperately tried to get ahold of i r s with no luck. Thank you in advance all info is appreciated
