Deductions & credits

What do you mean by being charged again? Have you already received your Federal refund minus your fee payment? Or has your Federal refund been delayed at the IRS for several weeks? If your refund has been delayed, have you been getting emails from TurboTax to pay the product fees, or else they will debit your bank account?
If your Federal refund was delayed, and if you've been emailed bills to pay the product fees, you can pay the bill to avoid a bank auto-debit. The email likely tells how. Or if you have a hardship and need to defer the payment (and the auto-debit), you can talk to TurboTax Support to request a deferment.
The first paragraph of the FAQ below has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.
Hours are 5AM-5 PM Pacific (8AM-8 PM Eastern), Monday-Saturday
If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call TurboTax Support as soon as possible--at least by the Tuesday prior to the scheduled debit date. Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
The first paragraph there says:
If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
