That is exactly what I have been dealing with! I've been trying since the beginning of March and they say it's solved, but I still can't itemize. I am sick of dealing with it for 2 months and it not getting fixed. Now one of these "tax experts" says it's because the IRS hasn't finalized their forms? At the end of the filing season?!? That's ridiculous! Seems like they're passing the buck on this one. I'm getting a fellow CPA friend to do mine this year since TT can't seem to get their act together to get this fixed.
