Turbo Tax has now known about this issue for months and has done absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. They will not be fixing it. I just went ahead and paper filed ftom overseas. I hope my return is received. Absolutely useless customer service and everyone experiencing this issue should be refunded for the software purchase, as the product did not deliver what it promised.
