This problem still exists, presumably if you itemize deductions. Many of the solutions noted above are not for the Mac version. It's getting late to wait for another update. The problem does not appear to be a tax problem or an input issue. It appears to be a software issue. The "zero" value in the worksheet (line 10b) is not an input value. But the "fix error" problem keeps coming up. Turbo Tax needs to fix this or to say that it's ok to file with the fix error "problem"
