Vanguard backdoor Roth IRA error in 2020. Put the money in a Roth IRA Brokerage Account. Recharacterized to Traditional in 2021, then back to Roth and purchased ETFs.
In 2020, I invested in my 2020 IRA. I messed up and put the money in my Roth IRA Brokerage account Money Market Fund, when it should have gone in my traditional IRA brokerage account. I did not purchase any ETFs, so the money stayed in that account for the remainder of 2020. In 2021, I realized my mistake and called Vanguard to help me out with my mistake. I transferred the money to my Traditional IRA for a few days, then converted it to a Roth IRA and purchased my ETFs.
Now I am working on my taxes, but since I didn't purchase any funds in 2020, I do not have a 1099-R form to enter into TurboTax Premiere.
Can someone help me out with how I need to enter this after-the-fact Backdoor Roth IRA conversion into TurboTax without my 1099-R form?
