Deductions & credits
It sounds like you indicated you had a Form 1095-A and entered information for that. However, you actually received a Form 1095-B instead of Form 1095-A.
If that is correct, you will simply need to delete your input under the 1095-A reporting for health insurance obtained through the Marketplace so you can proceed with your tax return.
To do this, log back into TurboTax.
- Select Deductions & Credits
- Scroll down to All Tax Breaks
- Select Medical
- Select Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
- On the next screen, you will see Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? Select No to remove the 1095-A input on your tax return.
