As parents we're not separated, we're just not married. We file our taxes separately. Its the other parent's turn to claim the child. We don't have a form 8332 release form. The other parent is across the table from me right now and we're doing great as a cohabitant. So do I set my allocation of days at my house to zero even though the child and other parent is in my house?
