Deductions & credits

Did you ever figure this out?  I am having the same issue on the same platform (Windows 10).  Unable to find a solution.

Since you said your issue is "the same", I'll assume you are trying to enter your 1040-ES quarterly tax payments you paid in 2020 so you get credit for them on your 2020 return, but the screen goes blank when you try to make an entry?

Are you using desktop software (CD/download) or Online TurboTax (web version) in a browser?

The previous user said he is using "online Premier version on Windows 10".  But that's confusing, since he said he fixed his issue "by using the forms," which is a feature of the desktop software (CD/download).   If that user is indeed using Online TurboTax, then it's not clear at all what he meant.

If the previous user has desktop software and made his entries in Forms Mode, I presume he entered them directly on the Tax Payments Worksheet.   If you are using desktop software and do that, make sure you ultimately see them showing up on your Form 1040, Line 26 (you can look at it, while you're in Forms Mode).

I don't know why you were having the screen problem when trying to enter the quarterly payment info in the Interview Mode (step by step.).   If you are using desktop software (CD/download), did you happen to try the scaling and resolution tweak I mentioned?  It may not help, but it's something to try.   Is your TurboTax software up to date, and have you rebooted (restarted) your computer since the last software update?
