When going to input information in the "Child and Dependent Care Credit" - TurboTax isn't taking me to the forms to input costs, why?

After the prompts for "did you pay for more than half of household costs" and "did the child live with you more than half of 2020".  The system shows a spinning circle and hops back to the deductions page.  Why?
