Amending to add 1098, cannot get past 1040 Line 10b, says Charitable Contributions should be blank. Putting in any amount will not resolve the error. How can I fix?

Amended because another 1098 came in and that is the only thing changed. Had no issues originally filing. Now it continually gives me an error to review the 1040 Line 10b. I can put 0 or $300 or any amount and it will not get past this review and let me file the amended form.
