OOP = "out of pocket"?

 

Yes, whatever you spent out of pocket (i.e. with after-tax dollars) on qualified medical expenses - in this case whatever was not reimbursed by the HRA - can go on Schedule A Medical and Dental expenses, to see if you have enough expenses to surpass the 7.5% floor.

 

HRAs has no reportable requirement on your tax return, so that is why you don't see it in TurboTax.
