Yes, you can report the income and deductions by doing the following.

1. Go to federal>income and expenses>all income>>show more 
2. Less Common Income> Start
3. Foreign Income and Exclusion.
4. Next few screens will ask you information about your foreign income. Turbo Tax will lead you through the questions in an easy navigational manner.
5. After you enter your income and Turbo Tax informs you you qualify for the Foreign income Credit, you will reach a screen that will allow you to enter deductions that are relevant in your case.
6. Below is a screenshot that is the screen that you will use enter these expenses. Be sure to click on the More Info button that will tell you some of the expenses you may be able to deduct.
