I'm having the exact same issue. What TurboTax seems to be doing is adding what I ACTUALLY PAID for self-employed Health Insurance to what my total premium cost was (some of which was paid by subsidy, which I ended up not qualifying for and need to pay back.) I don't seem to be able to override this anywhere.
Help?
