You cannot manually remove a number with TurboTax Online. You need delete in the section where you entered the 1099. Since you deleted and reentered it and it still appears in Line 25b, you can try this:
- Use the Chrome browser and clear browsing data for all time
- Sign into TurboTax on the Chrome browser
- Go to Tax Tools, Tools, Delete a Form
- Delete the 1099 and confirm deletion
- Check you 1040 form to see if it is corrected
- Check if the 1099 needs to be reentered
