is correct - this has NOT been updated either by the IRS or in TT software, but the Review section of your software says that TT "already updated your federal return to the new tax relief" and that I don't have to wait to file my returns.
This is not correct - the last IRS update to form 8962 is dated 12-Jan-2021, prior to the ARP Act.
