Erroneously missing first stimulus check based on 2019 income, but 2020 income too high to claim Recovery Rebate Credit

My AGI in 2019 was $85k. Pretty good - but it means I still should have received $700 out of the $1200 first stimulus check. Instead, I received $0 (can confirm via irs.gov account). In hindsight, this may have been because in 2018, I filed on TurboTax as a student who "could be a dependent, yes, but was not claimed as a dependent, no", and I hadn't filed 2019 by the time they issued the first stimulus payment.

Fast forward to filing for 2020 - my income is now above the amount that would trigger the Recover Rebate Credit page in TurboTax, but I'm still missing the $700 from the first stimulus check. How do I finally receive that missing money?
