if you claimed your son as a dependent on your 2020 tax return, look at line 30 of Form 1040 - what number is there?
for the 3rd stimulus check, if you do not receive it, it will reconcile itself when you file your 2021 tax return. But the IRS has not completed sending out the 3rd stimulus, so be patient.
