Trying to finish my state taxes but TT is requiring me to complete CA form 3506 when I did not pay a child care provider. How to I remove it from being required?

I did not have a child care provider last year and TT will not let me finish my taxes unless I complete CA form 3506 which states I had a child care provider. How do I remove this? What question can I change to make this go away?
