Why does it say I overpaid my HSA? It says I have to withdraw an amount of money from my HSA that is not in my HSA or it will be taxed.

Why does it say I overpaid my HSA? It says I have to withdraw an amount of money from my HSA that is not in my HSA or it will be taxed.
I am almost positive I did not overpay.
