Yes, you would enter it into the return just like if it was an original return once you have activated the 1040X to do an amended return in the software. For example, if it is on a W-2, then you enter all the W-2 information into the return.
First, make sure you really need to amend and that your 2020 return was accepted in TurboTax Online or paper-filed through the mail. You can't amend a return that hasn't been filed yet.

You will need to save and/or print your original return before you open it to amend it.
The withholding will carry to the 1040X as long as it has been added first before you complete the amended return.
