Child Protection Services removed this child from biological parents. Placed in Foster care. I had been help parents prior to this So a petitioned for care of child with CPS. The court granted me Kinship Nov.25,2019 Then Aug. 17,2020 the same Court Juvenile Div. Granted me Full Custody of Jaxon Jordan with full tax rights. This is not an adoption. How do I claim his Stimulus Check Money. I am on SSA so it's been really necessary for me to file. Please help me.
