after 2009 the IRS does not care what order you have they dont care what a family court judge they follow federal law and that says they wil pay both tax returns out and then months later give you the option to amend or just leave it be. if you leave it be and they dont find in your favor which for men they usually dont you will have to somehow send proof of filing status ie electric bills school records utilities lease agreements( make sure your childrens names are on the lease agreements somewhere) Dr. records to your address stuff like that otherwise your up for fines late fees and interest. AND THE IRS DOESNT PLAY!!
