A spouse income is less than $50k and filed single to collect stimulus check. Now they planned to amend to file MFJ. With joint, income is > $210k and they have a refund with joint status. Will IRS request stimulus check back? If so, will they take it from refund due? And from whom will they take it back from? Both or spouse?
