The HSA interview can be found in Deluxe at
Federal Taxes->
Deductions & Credits->
Medical->
HSA, MSA Contributions.
Note that on the Deductions & Credits screen, you may have to go down to the bottom and click on "All tax breaks" or "More tax breaks" to get all the categories (like Medical) to appear.
