Thank you for the response. It seems to me that they should be able to at least claim their premiums as if they were paying it out to an insurance company. After all, he is contributing to the payment of those premiums whether it's coming out of my paycheck or his paycheck. I guess you just get to enjoy the convenience of it or get married...
