Deductions & credits
Yes. Insurance premiums for medical and dental care, including Medicare Parts B and D, are deductible in Oregon. However, you can deduct only the part of your medical and dental expenses that exceeds 7.5 percent of the amount of your federal adjusted gross income. Any amount exceeding 7.5 percent is deducted on Schedule OR-A (Oregon Itemized Deductions).
