I know that the CA Form 3523 is not supported by Turbotax. I have filled out this form by hand and plan on attaching this to my form 100s.
Using the example #1 from the 3523 instructions, ABC, Inc. can take a research credit of $985 at the corporate level. This goes on Sch C (100) and reduces the S-Corp taxes on 100S line 22 by $985.
Continuing with that example, ABC, Inc. can also pass this research credit on to the shareholders. This is a credit of $2,631. This goes on schedule K-1, line 13d column e and d. Line 13d says to attach a supporting schedule. Does anyone know what schedule this is?
