Let me clarify.
When I choose on my W4 to insert 1 or 0, and having in mind that 1 means $2000 because of my daughter. Why would I still put 0? I am trying to understand why people having rights to gain more money during the year, choose to not.
Specifically on the Claim Dependents section.
