Deductions & credits

Thanks for the response! I tried closing everything and re-opening in incognito, but encountered the same issue. I think it might be a problem with my TurboTax account -- I was asked to log in because I've used TurboTax previous years as well.

 

The TurboTax recommendation was for itemized deductions -- that's why I'm finding this so troublesome, unfortunately.
