We know where to enter the tax, which is on the page below copied from Turbo Tax. The issue is that the first box (to the right of "Enter the property taxes you paid in 2020") is grayed out, and we cannot enter a number in the box. So it's a bug in the program.
We found that we could enter the tax indirectly through the mortgage escrow option, but were asked to enter other numbers that do not apply to us since we don't have a mortgage.
