I paid in 2016, 2014 property taxes adjustedments. The total payment was part tax adjustment and part late fee. where do I include this and do I included the late fee?

2016 Property Taxes Paid on 1098 Mortgage from lender does not include the 2014 adjument. Is any documentation required to be sent along with my 1040?
