Yes, we have many customers who've worked abroad for decades in the same situation.
When working on your Federal Income section, pay attention to questions regarding work abroad.
The program is very straightforward and will cover all of this in it's question/answer phase.
If you've gotten ahead and clicked in areas breaking the Guided Tour, just choose Federal at the top and revisit your income section, checking each area to make sure your information is entered in correctly.
