Since you do not qualify for the AOTC Credit let's delete it and see if that clears the problem.

Here is how to delete the Form 1098-T

Here are the steps to delete Form 1098-T:

1. Open your return in TurboTax. (To do this, sign in to TurboTax, and select the Take me to my return button.)
2. In the left sidebar, select Tax Tools> Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to Form 1098-T  and follow the onscreen instructions.
