Weird Stimulus Timing/Credit

Looking for some advice, because trying to get through to an IRS person on the phone is tricky.

- For 2019, I owed taxes.  In summer-ish of 2020 I got approval for the IRS to go onto a payment plan. (remember we were able to file later than normal last year because of Covid).

- For all of 2020, I never received the first stimulus check, even though I qualified for it.  Whenever I checked online it just said that they didn't have any info on it.

- Suffice to say, I didn't pursue it too much because I figured I'd just get it credited when I file my 2020 taxes (and it would go to the outstanding balance owed on my payment plan).

- Note: I did receive Stimulus check 2, in paper check form.

- I filed my 2020 taxes with TurboTax and they were accepted by the IRS on Feb 11.  In this filing it did include the fact that I received Stimulus check 2, but not 1.  Thus the total refund included the 'never received' stimulus check 1.  Again, I understood it would just be credited to my outstanding balance/payment plan.

- On 2/19, I actually received, via direct deposit (out of the blue), the missing stimulus check 1 direct deposit, which I am happy for.

Here in lies the quandary, my 2020 taxes that I filed, technically overstate the refund I am due now.  Will the IRS just reduce my refund by the Stimulus check 1 amount?  I'm fine with that.

Or, will it be rejected?

Wondering if I should some how refile it.

Thanks
