I received a check from SS when I went from my late husbands ss to mine... a catch-up amount. Turbo Tax line asks if I received a "lump" amount from SS, which I did BUT it was included in the 1099 I got from Social Security so why would I list it separate on the turbo tax. Do I just skip this item?
