Since COVID-19 is considered a qualified disaster for the Casualty Loss Deduction, am i able to claim the damages on my vehicle for deduction purposes?
The damages happened during the pandemic in the result of debris in the road from high winds over a bridge in route to work. No insurance payments or reimbursements were made.
