I would agree with you.  If you don't want to change it, then you should take the following action.

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Inside TurboTax, search (upper right)  > Type W4 (no dash) and select the Jump to.... link.
3. Answer No to Do you want to change your W-4 withholdings for 2020?
4. Continue to complete your return. (see image below)
