What form are you trying to delete?
I don't think Tax Tools is present in the Mobile App (I don't have the Mobile App), but try it first since its quick:
- Click on the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Then scroll all the way toward the end of the menu to see if Tax Tools is there (it may not be.)
- If it's not there, you would need to use a browser instead. See below.
Here's how to get to Tax Tools in Online TurboTax:
- Log into Online TurboTax in a browser.
- Open your return.
- Once the return is fully open, then go the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS.
- Then click on Tools.
- Then you can choose to delete a form.
