Hi everyone, so I am divorced with 4 kids that i get to claim. For the first stimulus, my ex asked for half. So i gave her half. For the second one she asked for her custody percentage. And I willingly gave that amount to her.
So I guess I have 2 questions...
1st - What is she legally entitled to? I cant find anything really online. I dont really want to consult a lawyer cause that always costs money.
2nd - Can I deduct the amount that I gave to her when entering the Stimulus money in that Section in TurboTax?
