I have a follow up question on this. I did have a Health Spending Account that I contributed to AND I used all of the funds in it to pay for medical expenses. I contacted the company and they stated that they do not create 1099-SA forms for customers and that the information I need should be on my W2. My W2 shows my dependent spending account I created but does not show my HSA. Do you know what I should do on TurboTax online when it asks me to fill in the information from my 1099-SA?
