Use the Chrome browser on a computer or mobile device. Go to settings and clear browser history for all time. Then login to TurboTAx
- Delete the charitable donation form
- On the left panel pick Tax Tools
- Tools
- Delete a Form
- Find your form and delete it
Now go back to Charitable Donations and enter your clothing donation again. This will have removed any error that was on the form.
