If all of the kids income (around $6000) is from their jobs (or self employment), NO, don't add their income on the 1095-A screens.
Yes, they can still file their tax returns to get a refund of income tax that was withheld.
However, if they have more than $350 of non-job income (unemployment compensation, interest, capital gains, etc.), that may change things and we would need to know more details about the amount of non-job income.
