Deductions & credits

I still have the"excess employer contributions withdrawn" amount.  I have deleted the w2 and the HSA 1099sa.  Then I entered them both manually.  In fact I did this multiple times.  Recently I deleted both forms and just entered w2.  No HSA form.  It still shows excess.

Please help. I can't get rid of it.
