E-Filed the wrong form for Capital Gains

I am an international student in the US and I e-filed my 1040 NR this year. But I filed the stock capital losses and the bank referral bonuses in schedule D instead of schedule NEC. So, I happened to get a little bit more tax return than I was supposed to (around 50 dollars). Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Is there a penalty for this?
